All the above items can be purchased at the cash desk. Towel – 1 000 tenge, Slants – 500 tenge, Gown – 1 200 tenge, Baby carriage – 2 000 tenge (deposit is required), hair dryer for rent – 300 tenge (there is a free common in the dressing rooms). In case of loss, it will be necessary to pay a fine according to the current price list.
CSO “Ailand” is a private organization, so we do not have benefits or any certain conditions and prices for social groups of people.
For each month promotions are approved for each area separately. Special promotions are updated monthly for large families, old age pensioners and people with disabilities, specifying the conditions, amounts and rules for receiving the discount. All information is updated in the section “Promotions” of the website https://ailand.kz/actions/ and on the @ailand_cso in Instagram. Special discounts are valid only for the specified period of time, the terms of discounts can be changed unilaterally by our company.
The main rule for getting a special discount is to present the original document confirming that you belong to a large family, social group of pensioners or people with disabilities. One can present documents from Kaspi kz application (screenshots, photos and paper copies are not accepted).
All special discounts are valid on weekdays only.
People with disabilities receive a special discount during its validity period only together with a companion over 18 years old (for themselves and for 1 companion).
Special discount for a large family during its validity period, according to the approved document for the current month, is given only to the parent (mother or father) and applies to the whole family. Children separately cannot receive this discount according to the original document.
Minor children have right to visit the aquapark only accompanied by adults, who are fully responsible for them, responsible for their safety, as well as for damage caused by them to the property of the aquapark. A legally capable person who has reached the age of 18 is recognized as an adult. Groups of children are allowed in the aquapark if accompanied:
1 adult can accompany not more than 2 children aged up to 10 years inclusive
1 adult may accompany not more than 3 children, if their age is from 11 to 15 years inclusively.
Children up to 16 years old are not allowed unaccompanied by an adult.
People with disabilities can enter the aquapark only when accompanied by an adult guardian.
The person who is responsible for children is obliged to ensure that children are wearing life jackets on the territory of the aquapark and is fully responsible for non-compliance with this paragraph of the Rules.
Children up to 16 years old are not allowed to enter the aquapark unaccompanied by an adult. From the age of 16 under the condition of presentation of original document (ID card or birth certificate).
People with disabilities can enter the aquapark when accompanied by an adult guardian.
