Visiting rules
1. General rules for visiting the “Ailand”
1.1 Validity of rules and information.
On the whole territory of the Family Recreation Center “Ailand” (hereinafter referred to as Ailand) there are internal rules defined by the administration, which are binding for all Visitors. These rules of Ailand are developed in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. These rules are aimed at ensuring proper public order on the territory of Ailand.
Information about the events held on the territory of Ailand is posted on the website, information stands and other information media. Ailand reserves the right to make changes in the content and schedule of events.
1.2 Rules of payment for services.
Access to the territory of Ailand is allowed only if the customer has a ticket purchased at the official points of sale (ticket office and web site of Ailand, mobile application Ailand, authorized partners).
When purchasing a ticket, the visitor is obliged to read these Rules.
Purchase of a ticket means agreement with all the rules of visiting Ailand
You should keep your admission tickets and fiscal check during the whole period of your stay on the territory of Ailand and present them to the employees of the center upon request.
The ticket is valid only for the date specified in the ticket and cannot be used on any other day.
1.3 Ticket refund.
The refund of the ticket price can be made upon written request of the visitor, with the mandatory indication of the reasons for the refund and the attachment of a copy of the ID card, a copy of the check, electronic details of the visitor’s bank account.
The refund of the ticket price can be made only in the presence of the check and the ticket itself. Copies of these documents must be attached to the application.
The refund can be made if the ticket has not been activated by the turnstile within 14 calendar days from the date of application.
Refund of a 3in1 ticket is not possible due to the fact that partial refund is not possible.
In case when the ticket was activated by the turnstile, the refund can be made only at the discretion of the Ailand management if the reasons for the refund stated in the application are considered valid.
The refund of the ticket price by transfer to the current account is possible only with the deduction of a commission (bank commission for transferring money) in the amount of 10% of the refund amount.
In case of technical failures of attractions or any other fault of Ailand, the ticket price is refunded without withholding a commission of 10% of the refund amount.
1.4 Rules for using the dressing room.
The dressing room for the Visitors of Ailand works daily in the fall-winter-spring period in accordance with the working hours of Ailand.
Before visiting Ailand, the Visitor is obliged to hand in his/her outerwear to the dressing room.
The dressing room does not accept: – umbrellas, briefcases, bags, purses, diplomats, packages; – valuables, documents, money, payment cards; – phones, PDAs, keys, jewelry; – dirty things, items with a persistent odor; – foodstuffs.
The administration is not responsible:
After handing in the outerwear to the dressing room, the Visitor receives a number badge in return. In case of loss of the number badge, the visitor is obliged to pay a fine in the amount specified in the Price list of fines.
If the number badge is lost, the dressing room employee shall demand proof of ownership of the property handed over to the dressing room in the presence of a security officer. This property shall be handed over to the Visitor after the Visitor provides proof of payment for the lost number badge and a receipt of the property drawn up by the Visitor.
When leaving the territory of Ailand, the Visitor is obliged to collect the previously left belongings from the dressing room.
If the items are not claimed from the dressing room within three months from the moment the items are handed over for storage, the items shall be disposed of.
1.5 Rights and duties of the administration
The administration has right to:
Due to technical reasons, the administration of Ailand has right to change the opening hours and closing time.
In reasonably justified cases, security officers have right to inspect the hand luggage and personal belongings of the visitors of the Ailand. Visitors, in turn, must present their hand luggage and personal belongings for visual inspection.
To ensure public safety, the Ailand is under video surveillance. The visitor agrees that any recording of his/her participation made within the framework of the application of these measures may be used for general security purposes or handed over to the police for use in procedural proceedings within the framework of the current legislation.
1.6 Rights and obligations of visitors
Visitors have the right:

– To compliance with the present Rules of Visiting and Safety.
-To treat the staff and visitors of the Ailand with courtesy.
1.7 It is prohibited on the territory of Ailand
Carry into the territory of the Ailand:
Entering the territory and riding bicycles, motorcycles, roller skates, skateboards and other sports equipment, including electric self-balancing scooters with two or three wheels.
Entry with pets (dogs, cats, etc.)
To resell, transfer (for commercial or other personal benefit) or distribute tickets of the Ailand.
Enter the service premises of Ailand.
Use foul language, insult, harass other Visitors or otherwise discriminate against other Visitors and Ailand staff.
Taking photos and videos for commercial purposes without prior written approval of the administration of the Ailand. Journalists in their actions on the territory of Ailand are obliged to be guided by the provisions of the Law of RK dated July 23, 1999 № 451-I “About Mass Media”.
1.8 Responsibility of the parties
For the damage of the property of the Ailand, the Visitor shall be charged monetary compensation based on the actual value of the damaged property, transportation costs, and the cost of reassembling the property.
Ailand shall not be liable for technical inconveniences caused by preventive and repair-construction works carried out by city services.
Ailand shall not be liable for any damage caused to the health of the Visitors or property by unlawful actions of third parties.
Ailand reserves the right to make changes to these rules unilaterally; such changes shall come into force from the date of publication of the updated version of the Ailand website – www.ailand.kz.
2. Terms and conditions for visiting the Oceanarium
You can enter the Oceanarium area with one ticket only once.
Children from 0 to 11 years of age may enter the Oceanarium only if accompanied by a parent or legal representative.
People with disabilities may enter the Oceanarium area only when accompanied by an adult guardian (chaperone with a 50% discount)
Prohibited:
Walk in with outer clothing;
Bring food and drinks;
Bring and drink alcoholic beverages;
Damage exhibits.
Take photos and video of the oceanarium’s inhabitants using additional lighting.
Feed the exhibit fish, throw foreign objects into the aquariums.
Strike the glass of aquariums and decorations, put your hands into open aquariums, climb on the handrails.
It is allowed to conduct excursions on the territory of the oceanarium only to the staff guides of Ailand, or by agreement of the parties.
Following the excursion route, it is necessary to pay attention to the information signs. A significant part of the building is occupied by life support systems.
In case of violation of the rules of visiting and public order, as well as in case of endangering the life and health of other Visitors, the administration has right to refuse to provide services to the Visitor and remove him/her from the territory of the oceanarium (already mentioned in the general rules)
In case of damage or destruction of the property and equipment of the oceanarium, the Visitor is obliged to compensate the damage in full.
3. Rules of behavior in the Jungle Animatronics Park
Passage is carried out according to the appointed schedule of Ailand for Jungle Animatronics Park, after the formation of a group of up to 35 (thirty-five) people accompanied by the theater staff.
Visitors are obliged to follow the instructions of the guide during the tour in the Jungle Animatronics Park.
Children between 0 and 11 years of age may only be in Animatronics Jungle Park when accompanied by a parent or legal representative.
People with disabilities can only enter the Jungle area when accompanied by an adult guardian (chaperone with 50% discount).
Prohibited:
Walk in with outerwear;
Bring food and drinks;
Bring in and drink alcoholic beverages;
To cause damage to the exhibits.
The Administration is not responsible for accidents resulting from the Visitor’s violation of the rules of behavior in the Jungle Animatronics Park.
4. Safety rules on the Observation Wheel
Maximum allowable number of passengers in one cabin: Standard cabin – 6 people, Comfort cabin – 4 people.
The procedure of the Ferris wheel stops in the following weather conditions: wind gusts from 14 meters per second, rain, thunderstorms, air temperature drops below -10 ℃, air temperature rises above +35 ℃. The stop is made after all passengers have disembarked.
Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed on the attraction. It is forbidden to visit the attraction to people who were under the influence of strong medicines.
Visitors, regardless of age, are advised to consult a doctor about the possibility of visiting the attraction.
People with disabilities may enter the Ferris wheel only if accompanied by an adult guardian (50% discount for the guardian).
It is not recommended to use the attraction:
It is forbidden for: -Smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages during the ride; -Rolling the cabins during the session; -Jumping in and out of the Ferris wheel cabins during the ride; -Trying to open doors and windows on your own; – Visiting the Ferris wheel on roller skates, ice skates; – Bringing large items into the Ferris wheel cabin; – Bringing strollers and other means of transportation into the Ferris wheel cabin. Visitors who cannot be safely on the attraction due to their physiological features, are not allowed on the attraction unaccompanied.
The administration is not responsible for any accidents caused by violation of the rules of use of the attraction by the visitor.
Visitors with disabilities, for whom it is impossible to ensure the safety of staying on the attraction, as boarding and disembarkation is carried out with a constant rotation of the mechanism without the possibility of stopping, are not allowed on the attraction.
5. Rules for visiting the fish feeding
No more than 15 people are allowed to feed fish at the same time.
It is strictly forbidden in the feeding area:
Bring food, drinks, medicines, pyrotechnic products;
Bringing animals;
Bring objects that can cause injury;
Feed fish with food or feed brought in;
Administration shall: 1. Provide a bottle with food to the visitor who paid for the service; 2. In case of violation of the rules of visiting and public order, as well as in case of threat to life and health of other visitors, the administration has right to refuse to provide services to the visitor and remove from the fish feeding area (has already been in the general rules).
6. Rules of visiting the aquapark Ailand
6.1 The territory of the Aquapark includes:
water-entertainment zone of the aquapark building, including: water slides, swimming pools, wave pool, dunking pools, “Slow River” attraction, SPA zone, fountain. Thermo-relaxation zone (saunas, baths, pools, massage rooms); Aquakids family town with slides, swimming pool; catering services zone (cafes, bars); changing rooms zone; medical room; sanitary and hygienic zone (personal lockers for clothes and personal belongings, showers and bathrooms);
6.1 General rules of using the Aquapark services
The right to visit the Aquapark of Ailand (hereinafter – Aquapark) is granted only to persons who have received an electronic bracelet.
If the electronic bracelet is lost, the visitor must pay a fine of 5 000 tg.
Visitors have right to be on the territory of the Aquapark only during the established opening hours of the Aquapark. Opening hours of the Aquapark are indicated at the entrance, in the Consumer’s Corner, as well as on the official website of the Aquapark. Visitors are obliged to leave the territory of the Aquapark upon expiry of its opening hours.
The Administration notifies the Visitors about the closure of the Aquapark for 1 hour before the end of its working. The time of stay in the Aquapark is controlled by the Visitor himself.
The Administration notifies the Visitors at the cash desk about the remaining opening time of the Aquapark, if there are less than 4 hours before the end of its working.
The entrance of the Visitors to the Aquapark stops 2 hours before the end of its working.
Sale of services at separate tariffs is stopped in advance taking into account the time necessary for rendering the purchased service.
The Administration has right to suspend the sale of tickets in case of exceeding the norm of people’s presence in the Aquapark.
Visitors should treat each other respectfully and not interfere with the rest of other visitors.
In order to ensure the safety of the Visitors, they are monitored by video surveillance in the whole territory of the Aquapark (except for changing cabins, showers and sanitary facilities).
Visitors are obliged to comply with the requirements of the Aquapark employees in terms of ensuring safety, maintaining order and cleanliness on the territory of the Aquapark. In case of non-compliance with the rules of visiting after the requirements of the Ailand employees, the visitors will be forced to leave the territory of the Ailand accompanied by the security service. In case of refusal to leave the territory of the Ailand, the police will be called.
In case of impossibility to use the attractions due to unforeseen technical problems is equated to force majeure, price reduction for the time of stay in the Aquapark is not carried out (which cannot serve as a reason for refund and compensation of the ticket price).
In case of unforeseen, extraordinary or emergency situations the Visitors are obliged to leave the Aquapark immediately.
The number of free lounge chairs, special means for rappelling (one or two-seater circles, rafts), cameras for storing valuables – is limited, so the administration does not accept claims about inconveniences related to this.
The area of the paid additional service may be restricted for other Visitors.

Water-entertainment zone (slides, rides) and catering services zone (cafes, bars) stop functioning 20 minutes before the closing of the Aquapark.
On the territory of the Aquapark women must be in synthetic bathing suits, and men – in synthetic swimming trunks, small children under 2 years old – in special waterproof diapers. It is not allowed to use bathing suits made of cotton fabric.
In order to prevent injuries on slippery surfaces and personal hygiene, the Visitor is obliged to use rubber-soled shoes to move around the Aquapark.
In order to ensure personal safety, it is not allowed to use the attractions and pools of the Aquapark wearing bathing suits with belts, rivets, buckles, metal ornaments, Visitors with jewelry, etc.
Visitors should treat each other respectfully and not interfere with the rest of other Visitors.
In order to ensure public safety and prevent terrorist acts, Visitors are obliged to show the security service of the Aquapark the contents of personal belongings for inspection.
When receiving a bracelet the Visitor must fill in a receipt about familiarization and compliance with these rules and responsibility for children.
If the visitor has any questions regarding the order of using the bracelet, he/she can contact the staff of the Aquapark.
The time of stay in the Aquapark is controlled by the Visitor himself with the help of the information terminal. For exceeding the time limit in the Aquapark, the Visitor pays an additional fee for every 10 minutes, according to the rates established by the current price list.
6.2 Rights of the Aquapark Visitors
The use of lounge chairs, swimming pool, slides, baths and sauna on the territory of the entertainment area is included in the ticket price.
In case of any questions regarding the use of Aquapark services Visitors have the right to contact the responsible employees of the Aquapark to provide the necessary information.
The visitor has the right to terminate the session early and leave the Aquapark at his/her own discretion. In case of incomplete use of the paid time, no monetary compensation is made.
All Visitors of the Aquapark have the right to receive first aid.
Visitors may enjoy other rights provided by these Rules.
Visitors of the Aquapark are allowed to carry food only in special plastic containers, as well as water, soft drinks only in plastic bottles and tetro-packs.
6.3 Rules of behavior on water attractions and in the pools of the Aquapark
Before using water attractions the visitor is obliged to familiarize himself with the safety rules and procedure of their use. Visitors can get the necessary information about safety rules and procedure of use of attractions from the lifeguard service employee of the Aquapark, who supervises the use of the attraction, as well as from the information boards located in the attraction area. The Administration is not responsible for injuries and damages received by the Visitors as a result of non-compliance with safety rules when using water attractions.
It is forbidden:
– Visitors with cardiovascular and psychoneurological diseases, diseases of the spine and musculoskeletal system, as well as other diseases are not allowed to use the Aquapark attractions. Pregnant women are not allowed to go down the water slides, visiting the sauna should be done only after consulting a doctor.
– jumping and diving into the water from the sides, holding each other under water, shouting, using acrobatic jumps, holding your breath under water.
– fast walking and running in the territory of the Aquapark.
– to go down from water slides lying on the stomach, head forward or standing. The visitor is obliged to start the descent from the slides with legs forward, sitting or lying on the back.
– intentionally change the trajectory of movement while inside the slides, rock the boat, release the handles, etc.
– to use the attractions and pools of the Aquapark in outer clothing, long pants or shortened shorts, bathing suits with belts, rivets, buckles and other metal jewelry, as well as to use jewelry, glasses and other decorative jewelry.
– to go down water slides two or more people at a time without special boats. You may only start down the slide after the slide has been cleared of people and the previous Visitor has fully completed their descent and cleared the finish area.
– to go down the slides without water supply – i.e. in all cases when the automatic water supply to the slides is switched off.
– persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as well as those under the influence of medications that reduce reaction time, should not go down the slides.
Before going down the slide, the Visitor is obliged to take hold of the handrails (if any) and get ready to go down, and only after the permission of the Aquapark lifeguard service employee or the green signal of the traffic light, to go down the slide.
In order to avoid possible injuries, after the descent from the slides, the Visitor must leave the receiving pool immediately.
The order of passage to all attractions is regulated by representatives of the Aquapark lifeguard service. Visitors must comply with any requests or requirements of lifeguards and other employees of the Aquapark regarding safety, maintenance of order and cleanliness on the territory of the Aquapark.
Visitors use the attractions under their own responsibility at their own risk.
The following weight and height restrictions are provided in the Aquapark:
“Race slide” slide weight restrictions up to 100 kg, height from 110 cm.
“Space bowl” slide – weight limit up to 100 kg, height from 160 cm. for one person.
“Tornado” slide – weight restrictions up to 100 kg, height from 140 cm.
“Tube slide” – weight limit up to 100 kg, height from 110 cm.
In cases when children violate the established rules and ignore the above-mentioned restrictions, adults accompanying them are fully responsible for them.
6.4 Rules for visiting the Aquapark by underage children
Minor children have the right to visit the Aquapark only accompanied by adults, who are fully responsible for them, responsible for their safety, as well as for damage caused by them to the property of the Aquapark. An adult is a legally capable person who has reached the age of 18 years. Children under the age of 16 are allowed provided they are accompanied by:
1 adult (adult legal representative*) can accompany 2 children aged from 0 to 15 years inclusive
Children under 16 years of age are not allowed unaccompanied.
Children under 5 years of age and under 120 cm in height are not allowed to leave the children’s fenced area without an adult escort.
People with disabilities may enter the Aquapark only when accompanied by an adult guardian.
The person responsible for children is obliged to ensure that children under 12 years old are wearing life jackets in the territory of the Aquapark and is fully responsible for non-compliance with this paragraph of the Rules.
6.5 Rules for use of changing room, showers and toilets
After passing through the turnstile, the Visitor is obliged to go to the locker room for changing clothes, change clothes, put things in the locker and close it in accordance with the instructions on the lockers.
In case of loss of an electronic bracelet with an electromechanical lock, the locker for storing clothes in the changing room shall be opened by the Administration and a Statement shall be drawn up. For the loss of an electronic bracelet, the visitor of the Ailand shall reimburse its cost in the amount according to the Price List of Fines.
Changing clothes and undressing outside the designated places in the locker room is prohibited.
It is forbidden to keep items and substances prohibited by these Rules in the lockers of the locker rooms.
In case of finding an unlocked personal locker with the Visitor’s belongings the administration of the Aquapark closes the locker with a service electronic bracelet.
Before visiting the water area of the Aquapark and leaving it, the Visitor is obliged to take a shower. It is not allowed to use any glassware (dishes, washing and cosmetic products in glass containers, etc.) in showers to avoid cuts.
It is forbidden to use various creams and ointments before visiting the Aquapark.
Visitors are forbidden to disassemble and unscrew taps and sprayers when visiting showers; to take away any property.
6.6 Rules for visiting the sauna
Visitors are obliged to use an individual towel while in the sauna.
It is strictly forbidden to pour water and other substances on the sauna stove. It is forbidden to bring aerosolized liquids into the sauna.
It is not allowed to use the sauna for personal hygiene purposes (shaving, washing personal belongings, using a broom, etc.). It is not allowed to use the steam room and sauna for drying towels and personal belongings.
Persons with cardiovascular diseases should visit the sauna only after consulting a doctor.
The detailed rules for visiting the sauna can be found on the stand before the entrance to the sauna.
6.7 Rules for visiting the catering area of the Aquapark
It is prohibited in the territory of public catering areas:
Service may be denied to a person whose behavior may pose a threat to order, safety of the staff and Visitors, hygienic condition of the Aquapark and/or contradicts the rules of behavior and morality accepted in the society;
As the Aquapark is a high-risk zone, the Visitors are obliged to monitor the amount of alcoholic beverages they consume, adequately assess their physical condition, understand the degree of risks of being in an alcoholic state near the water and listen to the comments of the Ailand staff about the amount of alcohol they have drunk.
Visitors are responsible for broken or damaged dishes in the amount of their cost.
6.8 Rules for visiting the Jacuzzi
Visitors must hold on tightly to the handrails/boards when entering and exiting the spa area.
Visitors with medical contraindications are not allowed to visit the spa area.
Visitors are not allowed to drink beverages or other liquids in the Jacuzzi.
Diving under water in the Jacuzzi is prohibited.
6.9 Procedure of providing medical assistance to the Visitors
All Visitors of the Aquapark have the right to receive first aid.
In case of illness or injury the Visitor must contact the medical staff of the Aquapark, located on the first floor in the Water Zone of the Aquapark.
The Visitor can address the medical staff of the Aquapark individually or with the assistance of the Aquapark staff.
When addressing to the medical personnel of the Aquapark the Visitor is obliged to inform his/her data (full name, year of birth, address), as well as the place, type and time of injury or ailment. This information is entered into the medical log for statistical purposes.
Medical staff of the Aquapark does not issue medical certificates, sick lists, official conclusions, extracts.
Medical staff of the Aquapark provides first aid, and if necessary, reserves the right to call an ambulance.
In case of refusal of the medical personnel’s recommendations, as well as refusal to receive first aid if necessary, the Visitor must write a receipt on refusal of first aid, in this case the medical personnel is not responsible for the injured person.
6.10. It is prohibited to enter the territory of the Aquapark.
It is forbidden for Visitors to enter the water area of the Aquapark (outside the changing room) with packages, bags, etc.
It is forbidden to visit the Aquapark to persons with open wounds, infectious, skin and other types of diseases, as well as in the presence of medical bandages and bandages. Visitors of the Aquapark, who violated this rule, are fully responsible for the damage caused to the health of other Visitors and related material costs.
Smoking is prohibited in the whole territory of the Aquapark, except for specially designated places. The Visitor is obliged to pay a fine in accordance with the Price List for smoking in unauthorized places.
It is forbidden to bring firearms, gas, pneumatic and cold weapons, cutting and stabbing objects, as well as explosive and flammable, toxic and strong-smelling substances into the Aquapark.
It is prohibited to carry out trade, advertising and other commercial activities on the territory of the Aquapark without the appropriate permission of the Administration.
It is forbidden to enter the territory of the Aquapark with animals, birds, reptiles, etc.
Visitors under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants are not allowed to enter the Aquapark.
It is forbidden to enter any technical and service premises of the Aquapark and independently adjust any engineering and technical equipment. Visitors who entered such premises are fully responsible for malfunctions and accidents that occurred in this area.
Any kind of discrimination and disrespect due to differences in nationality, religion, age, social status or other characteristics are strictly prohibited on the territory of the Aquapark.
To prevent injuries, it is forbidden to swim with loose hair.
It is forbidden to ignore the instructions about the depth of the pools, instructions and rules of using slides and other attractions (in case of misunderstanding – please contact the lifeguards for explanations).
Professional photo and video shooting for commercial purposes is prohibited on the territory of the Aquapark. It is forbidden to use images of the Aquapark symbols (logo), video and photo materials for advertising and commercial purposes without the permission of the Aquapark Administration. Only the Administration has the exclusive right to publish photographic materials, broadcast videos filmed in the Aquapark.
It was already in the general rules
The number of free special rappelling aids (one or two-man circles, rafts) is limited, therefore it is forbidden to keep them with you without using them for their intended purpose. All special rafting aids must be returned to the place of their storage after their use.
6.11 Responsibility for violation of the Rules
In case of loss or damage to the property of the Aquapark through the fault of the Visitor, he is obliged to compensate for the damage caused, as well as to bear responsibility for other violations committed by him in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Administration is not responsible for safety of personal belongings and jewelry left in the closet and individual lockers, as well as things left unattended.
The staff of the Aquapark is authorized to take action against Visitors who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, in a mentally unstable state, as well as against Visitors who do not respond to the staff’s remarks and do not comply with these Rules without any monetary compensation.
Failure to comply with the rules of visiting the Aquapark or an attempt to interfere with the rest of other Visitors is grounds for removal of the Visitor from the Aquapark, without any monetary compensation.
Having bought a ticket and signed a receipt on familiarization with the rules of visiting the Aquapark, the visitor agrees to comply with the rules and bears full responsibility for their violation in accordance with these Rules and the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Administration is not responsible for injuries, damages and losses, which were received by the Visitors due to non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of these Rules.
7. Terms and conditions of visiting the Theater
Admission is as follows: one ticket per person (standard, for all ages). Up to 3 years old entrance is free of charge. The number of children per adult is unlimited.
Children from 0 to 11 years old can be in the Theater only when accompanied by a parent or legal representative.
People with disabilities can enter the Theater only accompanied by an adult guardian with a separate ticket.
The ticket has no assigned seats. Each visitor can sit on any seat.
Duration of the performance: 30 minutes.
Prohibited:
Bringing food and beverages;
Bring and drink alcoholic beverages;
Noise, shouting, running out on the stage:
Causing damage to the exhibits.
In case of violation of the rules of visiting and public order, as well as in case of endangering the life and health of other Visitors, the administration has the right to refuse to provide services to the Visitor and remove him from the territory of the Theater (already mentioned in the general rules).
In case of damage or destruction of the property and equipment of the Theater, the Visitor is obliged to compensate the damage in full.
8. Procedure of actions of the Visitors in case of emergencies

Visitors are obliged to clearly follow the commands of the staff
After the command of the staff or alarm signal transmitted through the public address system, the Visitors must release, leave the attractions and pools, changing rooms, bars, restaurants, bathrooms, etc. and go to the open areas, leave the Aquapark, using emergency exits, fire stairs and passages.
Evacuation diagrams are posted on the territory of the Ailand.
Leaving the Ailand, the Visitors must keep calm, keep the entrance ticket, do not run, do not create a crush in the aisles and stairways, hold on to the handrails, do not climb over the fences and push on them, avoid places at a height when moving around the territory of the Aquapark.
Adult Visitors are obliged to ensure safe evacuation of children. *The “legal representative” means a legally capable person over 18 years old, to whom the parents or legal guardians of the child entrusted to accompany the child to the Aquapark. The person accompanying the child under 16 years old assumes full responsibility for his/her health, supervision of the child on the territory of the Aquapark and is responsible for his/her actions
