Aquapark – weekends

Dear guests!
To visit the water park, you must first carefully read all the rules for visiting and accompanying children (if any), and provide your details and contacts.
You can only buy a full-day ticket on the website. The “receipt” can be printed and filled out before visiting the water park or right in the recreation centre.
Please note that 1 adult (a person over 18 years old) can accompany no more than 2 children up to and including 15 years old. Children from 16 years old can visit the water park separately, but cannot accompany younger children.
Original documents (ID, passport, birth certificate) or online versions must be presented upon entering the water park.
Important! If there are more than 2 children (from 0 to 15 years old) per adult, you will be denied entry to the water park without a refund of the cost of the tickets.
Important! Tickets can be returned or exchanged for another date no later than 1 day before the date of visiting the water park indicated on the ticket and only upon written request from the client, which can be made at the box office in the recreation centre. According to the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 9, paragraph 4, tickets cannot be exchanged or returned on the day of the visit or later, since tickets are used to reserve seats in the water park for the entire day. This means the company loses the opportunity to sell tickets to other clients on that day (lost profit).
When visiting the water park, you must have a synthetic bathing suit, a towel, rubber shoes for change, and shower accessories. Find full rules and a list of prohibited items here.
Look for the opening hours of the water park here. Visitors must leave the pool area and go to the changing rooms 30 minutes before the water park closing time.
